Cardinal Health Announces $1.2 Billion Debt Tender Offer

Barclays Capital Inc., RBS Securities Inc. and UBS Securities LLC. The co-dealer managers for the offer are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Cardinal Health has retained D.F. King & Co. Inc. to serve as the information agent and the tender agent for the offer.
