Cardica to Announce Fiscal 2008 Third Quarter Financial Results on Tuesday, April 29, 2008

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardica, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDC) today announced that it will release financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2008, on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, after the markets close, and the company's management will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and provide an update on the company's business.

Conference Call Details
