REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardica, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDC) today announced that it will release financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2008 on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 after the markets close, and the company's management will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and provide an update on the company's business.
