illo, Jefe de Servicios de Desarrollo de Infraestructura. "We chose the Burdick(R) Atria(R) 6100 ECG system and Cardiac Science because their products are durable and we are enthusiastic about the new capabilities in this generation of ECGs. The units have 12-channel waveform, a large color LCD, and can store up to 300 ECG records. The communications features alone justified bringing the 6100 to our facilities nationwide -- even to replace existing older ECGs that continue to serve solidly. Plus, the machines connect us with practitioners whose only means to transmit data today is fax and modem."

All Cardiac Science electrocardiographs can be integrated using HeartCentrix, the Cardiac Science cardiac informatics system, to connect with HIS, EMR, and other systems. The ECG devices all include options for Wi-Fi, wired Ethernet, wireless 802.11 communications, and Bluetooth connectivity.
