Caravan Health Seeking Speaker Proposals for Fourth Annual Accountable Care Symposium
Date:6/6/2019

Caravan Health, the nation’s leader in accountable care, today announced the call for speaker proposals for its fourth annual Accountable Care Symposium on December 11-12, 2019 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The annual symposium brings together hundreds of health care leaders and providers across the nation to connect with top practitioners in population health and value-based payment to learn the latest insights and trends in accountable care organizations, practice transformation and health care policy.

“We started this event in 2016 to bring together our clients and partners to hear current and useful information in accountable care research, policy and thought leadership,” said Caravan Health CEO and Founder Lynn Barr. “Each year, the event brings more and more population health practitioners together for networking, learning and celebrating our success. We are planning to offer a broad range of perspectives from our symposium speakers.”

The two-day event will feature dozens of breakout sessions that address everyday concerns of new and experienced ACOs including how to succeed in risk, creating physician buy-in and successful use of data and analytics. Key elements of implementing prevention and wellness initiatives will also be covered such as Annual Wellness Visits, Chronic Care Management, Advance Care Planning and Behavioral Health Management.

Health care experts looking to share their insight on these subjects are encouraged to submit speaker proposals before the August 1, 2019 deadline. Proposals that are accepted will receive a free registration to the event worth a value of $999.

Details about speaker submission topics and requirements are available at caravanhealth.com/symposium. Individuals interested in attending the event are encouraged to RSVP at EducationalEvents@caravanhealth.com. Early bird registration opens August 1, 2019.
