Date:1/15/2009

d Health Care Act of 2006, Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005, and the Gulf Opportunity Zone Tax Act of 2005.

During Mr. Shumack's service on Capitol Hill, he also worked on the legislative staffs of Congressman and then Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA), a member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, and the late Senator Paul Coverdell (R-GA), a member of Senate leadership and the Senate Finance Committee. Mr. Shumack's diverse range of experience from working for southeastern conservatives to working for a northeastern moderate makes him uniquely qualified to work with members and staff across the ideological spectrum and on both sides of the aisle.

Mr. Shumack will provide strategic counsel and advocacy services to clients on tax issues.
