Capital BlueCross Receives Prestigious Corporation of the Year Award

HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital BlueCross received the 2008 Corporation of the Year Award from the Central PA Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals during a celebration of National Philanthropy Day on Nov. 17 in Harrisburg. The award recognizes the daily contributions made by corporations, individuals, foundations and volunteers.

As a company headquartered in central Pennsylvania, Capital BlueCross remains part of the fabric of the communities it serves, annually providing financial support to more than 100 organizations representing education, human services, the arts, entertainment and professional sports.
