Capillus Pledges to Support Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts
Date:9/1/2017

Capillus, a manufacturer of hair-loss solution products, is proud to support disaster relief efforts by providing, at no cost, replacement Capillus devices to customers affected by Hurricane Harvey. All Capillus low-level laser (light) therapy (LLLT) devices that received water-damage due to the recent Hurricane Harvey flooding are eligible to be replaced at no cost.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Houston community and surrounding areas,” said Carlos Pina, CEO of Capillus, LLC. “In light of the recent devastation, Capillus would like to do what little we can to help our customers affected by Hurricane Harvey.”

Mr. Pina added: “With many of us here in Miami having lived through Hurricane Andrew and having lost our homes, we understand what devastation can be caused by the wrath of a hurricane such as Harvey.”

To return your defective device, please contact Capillus customer service with your full name, shipping address and serial number. The serial number can be located on the back of the device, underneath the hat. An RMA label will be provided while your information is verified within the system. Please allow 2-3 business days for verification.

Only devices registered to customers located in the affected areas of Houston may apply. Defective devices must have been purchased through Capillus or a licensed partner to be eligible. Once verified, a pre-paid shipping label will be mailed within 3-4 business days. The label can then be used to mail the defective item to Capillus. The RMA label must accompany the defective item upon delivery. Once received, a replacement device will then be mailed to you.

For general information about Capillus products or questions regarding the replacement relief program, contact a Capillus customer service representative from 9 AM - 5PM EST, Monday through Friday at (786) 888-6249.
