Cantata Health Unveils Key Additions to EHR Software for Long-term Care Providers

Cantata Health, a leading provider of software and services that improves patient visibility, operational efficiency and financial outcomes, introduced new enhancements to its NetSolutions™ platform. The new features and partnerships allow LTC providers to focus on quality care and financial leadership, rather than technology and screen time.

Enhancements made to EHR and Financial Management modules on the NetSolutions Long-Term Care (LTC) Platform include:

  • Out-of-the-box Content: Makes staff more efficient with pre-configured content based on the most current clinical evidence and best practices. Ready-to-use assessments, documentation templates, order sets, and more are available and can be tailored to each facility’s unique workflows and process for enhanced flexibility, greater visibility to patient care and more efficient revenue recovery.
  • Secure and Direct Messaging: Enables Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities to send and receive HIPAA-compliant electronic communication for a smoother transition of care between providers. More efficient than faxing, there is also no loss of quality during transmission, and confirmation of delivery is always included.?
  • Real-time Connections: Exchange information seamlessly through a bi-directional connection from the NetSolutions EHR platform to third-party providers. The data is fully synchronized and available real-time, ensuring that clinicians are working with the most current patient information and data.
  • Unified Partner Experience: Cantata added WoundRounds and ABILITY to their network of healthcare partners focused on providing a seamless continuum of care and greater visibility to patient needs. Clients benefit from the single-sign-on and data integration capabilities, creating efficiencies at the point of care and improved billing management and revenue recovery.

“We continue to drive enhancements to NetSolutions that provide visibility to all aspects of the patient care continuum while ensuring the financial health of the facility,” said Les Wilson, Sr. Director of Product Management for Cantata Health. “The new features and functionality will help facility administration and staff make more informed decisions on patient care and back-office operations.”
