Jamie Ahlers, a physical therapist from Cedar Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, will lead the discussion at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
The community, which is located at 3900 Sullivan Dr. in Swansea, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence.

The program is open to the public; there is no charge to attend.
