Calling All Comfort Food Cooks
Date:11/15/2013

(PRWEB) November 15, 2013

Tabitha, your answer for Elder Care, is proud to announce its inaugural "Cooking for Comfort” recipe contest in celebration of Hospice Month in November.

Community members are invited to submit their original comfort food recipes through Dec. 15 at Tabitha.org. Creative submissions are encouraged and should contain the complete recipe as well a description of the recipe’s history or a favorite memory associated with recipe.

All submissions will be featured in Tabitha’s Comfort Food Cookbook to be released in February 2014, and top recipe entries will be chosen to compete in one of several regional taste-off competitions, each eligible for a grand prize KitchenAid artisan stand mixer, valued at more than $300.

Complete details and contest rules can also be found at Tabitha.org.

A nonprofit organization serving 28 Nebraska counties, Tabitha’s love embraces a society where everyone is valued and empowered to live life to the fullest, with compassionate at-home support, innovative living communities, exceptional rehabilitation, health care and hospice services. For answers to all your aging questions, tune in to Tabitha’s Answers on Aging, airing each Saturday morning, 9:30 a.m. on KFOR 1240 AM, or subscribe to Tabitha’s quarterly magazine, The Answer, at http://www.Tabitha.org.
