California Veterinarian Wins America's Best Vet Honor; Four Regional Winners Also Named

Dr. Rachel S. Boltz Wins Second Annual Thank Your Vet for a Healthy Pet Contest(R), Sponsored by Morris Animal Foundation, Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc. and BowTie, Inc.

DENVER, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Californian and animal lover Lisa Lotti describes her veterinarian, Rachel S. Boltz of Los Altos, Calif., as an absolute star in the veterinary field and one of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, passionate veterinarians she has ever encountered. Thanks to these kind words, submitted in an essay to the second annual Thank Your Vet for a Healthy Pet(R) contest, Boltz was chosen as the 2008 grand-prize national winner. The nationwide essay contest, conducted by Morris Animal Foundation, allows clients to honor outstanding veterinarians for their dedication to helping animals and strengthening the human-animal bond.
