California Surrogacy and Egg Donation Professionals Team Up -- Free Egg Donation Cycle

"My office has been inundated with calls from individuals and couples who have been receiving less than adequate information. Our purpose for these informational seminars is to help couples and individuals make correct decisions when they are seeking help with their infertility," states Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson.

San Diego and Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) Sept. 8, 2009 - "One seminar attendee will receive a Free Egg Donation Cycle that is being donated by a group of California assisted reproduction professionals that I consider to be a cut above the rest!" states Michel Tournay, one of the international case managers at Conceptual Options. "During these tough economic times these professionals were able to step forward when asked to help support our upcoming informational seminars," states Tournay. "On September 23rd, Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson will be providing information and hard earned lessons on the process of Surrogacy and Egg Donation that she has gained in her decade of working in this field!"

The keynote speaker at this seminar will be Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson. Ms Erickson is a globally recognized expert in this specialized area of law. Attorney Erickson is also involved in this community by volunteering her time as a board member of the American Fertility Association and as the legal director of Parents Via Egg Donation, while also sponsoring events that promote awareness in this field.

"Our purpose for these informational seminars is to help couples and individuals make correct decisions when they are seeking help with their infertility," states Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson. "My office has been inundated with calls from individuals and couples who have been receiving less than adequate information. One recent example was an international same sex couple who were being told to deposit $45,000 dollars into a "Trust Account" that was being held by an unlicensed individual, this couple had yet to be matched with a surrogate or egg donor and were already being charged a late fee of $4,000 for not funding their account in a timely manner," states Erickson. "We just can't stand idly by and allow the uniformed to be taken advantage of!"

Third party assisted reproduction is a safe, legal and effective way for those who are unable to build their family through traditional methods, and it is easy for those who can have children through natural means to not understand the plight of those suffering from infertility. Our purpose is to give those individuals who are lacking the knowledge and informational resources the ability to think clearly during their journey through the often overwhelming prospect of Third Party Assisted Reproduction.

"California has long been regarded as the most surrogacy and egg donation friendly state in the United States. Our goal is to help these heterosexual couples, gay couples and individuals worldwide ask the correct questions so they may realize their dream of a family without being taken advantage of. " states the seminars keynote speaker, Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson.

"La Jolla IVF, a premier fertility clinic located in La Jolla, California and Conceptual Options, San Diego's largest surrogacy and egg donation center are providing their services. The law firms of Meyers & O'Hara and Erickson Law have also agreed to provide the legal representation for the intended parents and the egg donor. Surrogacy Lawyer Theresa M. Erickson will also be donating the donor medications for this cycle," states Michel Tournay one of the International Case Managers at Conceptual Options. Tournay emphasizes, "I was impressed by the gracious donation of time and money of these industry leading professionals. Building the correct team to help you realize your dream of a family is the first step in this complicated process, and I am excited for our attendees."
