In this role, Dowling will be responsible for overseeing all customer engagements, ensuring industry-leading performance in delivering the best in digital strategy, design, optimization, and customer research as well as the enhancement of the overall customer experience at Cadient Group.

Prior to joining Cadient Group, Dowling served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Sales and Service at Lathian Systems, Inc., a leading eDetailing provider, where she led the company's client services, strategic planning and business development operations. Dowling also spent more than a decade at DigitasHealth (MBC) where, as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President, she had responsibility for multi-disciplinary account teams.
Dowling developed her brand marketing acumen at Merck where she held
multiple sales and marketing positions for both professional and consumer
audiences. Dowling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the
