CVS/pharmacy Introduces New Coupon Center on CVS.com
Date:5/28/2009

Nation's largest retail pharmacy makes it easy for customers to save time and money with the addition of new coupon-printing features on CVS.com

WOONSOCKET, R.I., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CVS/pharmacy, America's largest retail pharmacy, recently introduced a new online 'Clip and Print' Coupon Center on CVS.com, offering shoppers the ability to collect coupons that can be redeemed at any CVS/pharmacy location. Featuring coupons for everything from household items and snacks, to health and beauty needs, the CVS.com Coupon Center is an easy-to-use database that lets shoppers browse through specific product categories as well as local savings offers, simply by providing an appropriate ZIP code.

The Coupon Center on CVS.com will allow customers to take advantage of one single, web destination to compile their coupons and save during every shopping trip. The coupon center combined with the weekly CVS/pharmacy circular and the ExtraCare Rewards program, which earns shoppers 2% back on purchases, allows shoppers to maximize their time and savings. Both general manufacturer's coupons and CVS/pharmacy-exclusive offers are included in the CVS.com coupon center. The site also makes it very simple to share savings with friends and family, with a "Spread the Word" button found next to each coupon offer so that shoppers can notify others of great deals by sending email alerts.

"Millions of Americans turn to CVS.com for health and wellness information, prescription management tools and an unparalleled shopping experience," said Helena Foulkes, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer for CVS Caremark. "Yet as more of our customers have been searching for quick and simple ways to cut costs on health care and everyday purchases, it has become an important goal for us to add features to CVS.com that meet this need. We are excited to unveil the CVS.com 'Clip and Print' Coupon Center and help make coupon-clipping a hassle-free experience
