WOONSOCKET, R.I., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved its quarterly dividend of $0.07625 per share on the Common Stock of the Corporation, payable May 4, 2009 to holders of record on April 22, 2009.
