2008 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards Also Ranks CTGHS Second in Partial IT Outsourcing Category

CINCINNATI, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CTG HealthCare Solutions (CTGHS), a leading healthcare information technology (IT) consulting firm, and a business unit of CTG (Nasdaq: CTGX), an international IT solutions and services company, today announced that it was ranked second in the overall professional services firm rankings in the KLAS* "Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services" report issued December, 2008. Of the 77 professional service firms that participate in KLAS, only 11 qualified to be ranked in this category. In the Implementation categories; Clinical Principal, Clinical Supportive and Other, 100% surveyed said they would 'buy again' from CTGHS. CTGHS was also ranked second in the IT Outsourcing (Partial) market segment with a 100 percent 'buy again' score.

The KLAS "Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards" report is based on input from over 7,000 healthcare providers who have rated over 750 products and services from 200 plus healthcare IT (HIT) vendors providing a summary of detailed performance data. KLAS, a research and analysis company that specializes in independently monitoring and reporting on the performance of HIT vendors and professional service firms, issued its first professional services report in October 2004.

"The KLAS "Top 20: Best in KLAS Awards" report provides invaluable and independent feedback from our clients," said Tom Niehaus, President, CTGHS. "Since the inception of KLAS ratings for professional services firms in 2004, CTGHS has consistently received high ratings in a broad range of categories. This year, we are especially pleased to be recognized as a leader in the overall category which reflects the high level of quality we provide our clients across nine different professional service categories. Our number two ranking in the IT Outsourcing - Partial category highlights our ability to independently manage applications for clients, particularly in transitional outsourcing engagements where in addition to highly qualified staff, CTGHS offers the value-add of our remote National Solution Center."

CTG Chairman and CEO James R. Boldt added, "We are pleased that CTGHS, our business unit serving healthcare providers, continues to be recognized as an industry leader, both by size and by the quality of service delivered to our clients. KLAS is the leading organization evaluating healthcare IT providers and favorable KLAS ratings help validate to the marketplace the high level of expertise and service CTGHS provides clients. We are also recognized as one of the largest providers of IT support to the healthcare provider market with Modern Healthcare recently ranking CTG as the eighth largest of the top 20 healthcare consulting providers. We are very pleased to have CTGHS garner the highest overall KLAS performance ratings for those professional services firms that were recognized in Modern Healthcare's top 20 for 2008. Our healthcare business, with practices serving providers, payers, and life sciences companies, represents 25% of CTG's total revenue and continues to be the best opportunity to grow our business and the focus of our investments in solution development."
