CPC Announces Conference Call of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

LAS VEGAS, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CPC of America, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPCF), a company focused on the development of therapeutic devices that enhance the quality of patient care in endovascular procedures, announced today that it will hold a live conference call of its upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 6, 2009 at 12:00 pm Central Time.

To listen to the meeting, please dial (800) 214-0694 or (719) 955-1425 and enter passcode 142182 approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
