CONNEXION Healthcare Announces New Hires for 2009

for students, residents, and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Colston previously served as a physician scientist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she worked as an internal medicine and infectious diseases physician, as well as conducted basic science research on the hepatitis C virus. In her role as Medical Director, she will be involved with publication planning and other client projects.

Also joining CXHC is Stephanie S. Fitchette, who assumes the role of Editorial Director. Stephanie comes to CXHC with more than 15 years of editorial experience and is a long-time member of the American Medical Writers Association. Previous to joining CXHC, Ms. Fitchette served as a copy chief at SLACK Inc., where she maintained oversight of all editorial functions in the production of custom peer-reviewed and sponsored medical journals and supplements, monographs, continuing medical education products, and advertorials. As Editorial Director, Ms. Fitchette will oversee all aspects of editorial and medical writing responsibilities and will supervise staff in both areas.

These new hires will further support the overall growth of CXHC, helping to maintain its continued commitment to quality, service, education, and creativity in program execution.
