iddle East region. Dr. Munkarah pursued his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas.

Dr. Philip Philip is a tenured Professor in Medicine and Oncology, Karmanos Cancer Institute, NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, Wayne State University, School of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology, Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Philip is also an attending physician in Hematology/Oncology at the Karmanos Cancer Center and heads the Center's Gastrointestinal Cancer Program. Dr. Philip also chairs the Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee at the Karmanos Cancer Institute. He is board certified in internal medicine and oncology and is also a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Mike Royal has served as Vice President, Clinical Development- Analgesics, Cadence Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Royal has owned and managed the largest private practice pain management clinic and research center in Oklahoma. Dr. Royal is board certified in internal medicine, anesthesiology, pain management, and addiction medicine and has published extensively in the area of pain management. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.D. from the University of Massachusetts, a J.D. from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from New York University (TRIUM).
