SUINING, China, Nov. 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- On 29 October 2007, representatives from the Korean Medicine Association traveled to Suining, China, to visit China Health Resource, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CHRI) and its Chuan DAR. This is their second visit since 31 July 2007. Wu Jinzhen, vice- president of the Korean Medicine Import-Export Association, believes that GAP Chuan DAR has great commercial value and market potential. In September 2007, the Association sent a letter to CHRI, in which the Korean pharmacies and traders including Korea's biggest pharmacy, Chong Kun Dang, expressed their strong desire to buy DAR from CHRI. CHRI will hold a Business Promotion Talk for Suining Chuan DAR in Korea in 2008.
According to data from the Korean Medicine Association, the demand for top-quality DAR in Korean is about 800 tons annually. At present, the market price for top-quality DAR in the Korean market is about $12.5/kg. The Business Promotion Talk for Suining Chuan DAR that is to be held in Korea later is expected to bring CHRI orders of $10.8 million.
