CHAMPS Launches PX Perspective - an Open Forum on Patient Experience

Today, CHAMPS Patient Experience has announced the official launch of PX Perspective, an open forum on patient experience.

Led by Carol Santalucia, a nationally recognized leader in patient experience with more than 30 years of expertise, CHAMPS’ PX Perspective bloggers are passionate about patient experience. They know that providing an optimal patient experience not only makes sense intuitively but also leads to improved healthcare outcomes, increased patient loyalty and an enhanced financial position for organizations.

“We want our blog to be a place for discussion around patient experience hot topics like service recovery, patient navigation and service training and education,” said Carol Santalucia, vice president of CHAMPS Patient Experience. “Beyond that, we want to establish ourselves as a resource for individuals with questions on anything related to patient experience, developing our blog into a true open forum.”

Joining Santalucia with regular contributions to PX Perspective are Toya Gorley, director of CHAMPS Patient Experience and Sarah Kresnye, director of client services for CHAMPS Patient Experience. All three bloggers can be seen introducing themselves to the patient experience community in their first video blog post, “Welcome to PX Perspective.” They can also be followed on Twitter at @carolsantalucia, @toyagorley and @sarahkresnye.
