CEO of Traxxec, Inc. updates on Intellectual Property
Date:1/13/2009

Manchester, UK, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Traxxec, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TRXX) (www.traxxec.com) announces an update to shareholders and the investment community in general regarding its Intellectual Property. CEO Amy Scopes issued the following statement: "In an earlier press release I confirmed that the patent annuities in the U.S. and Europe are current, that the patent remains licensed to Rexam Plc under a fifteen year agreement and that all Intellectual Property is protected. I also confirmed that the company had retained its technology and development associations in full support of its agreement with Rexam Plc. (www.rexam.com). The company entered in to a patent exclusive license agreement as the first stage of its strategy to provide Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based systems and products to global markets, initially within the Pharmaceutical Industry, and its first commercial product, a radio frequency enabled pharmaceutical plastic bottle, addresses the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers required to implement RFID by providing a solution to 'tagging of goods' and offers the option of using existing packaging processes. On 22nd December 2008, in respect of the US patent application, I was informed by our International Patent Attorneys, Marks and Clerk (www.marks-clerk.com), that they had been informed that the license agreement must be recorded in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (www.uspto.gov) and that they had requested a copy of the license agreement for filing. I have forwarded the agreement and its assignments to Marks and Clerk and requested they facilitate this to enable the federal requirement to be met. This is an important element of the corporate Intellectual Property".
