An independent research and consulting firm, KLAS conducted confidential interviews with healthcare IT executives and department directors to evaluate each MTSO across 17 performance areas. CBaySystems was found to be the one of only two companies to have a positive trend rating increase in all three major categories: Performance Indicators, Business Indicators, and Percentage of Positive Commentary. KLAS also reported "CBay has made the biggest jump in the last year in customer satisfaction."
CBaySystems attributes this continued success to a number of improvements and advancements made to their products and services. More specifically, in August 2007 CBay partnered with eScription -- the leader in Computer Aided Medical Transcription (CAMT) software -- to enhance their product offerings. Also evaluated under a separate KLAS study in 2007, eScription received the Best in KLAS award for the fourth year in a row, with its software ranking #1 in the category of Transcription and Back-End Speech Recognition.
CBaySystems also conducts annual customer satisfaction surveys to ensure they're maintaining high levels of quality and service. The 2007 survey showed an increase in the percentage of customers that would recommend CBay services to others, up to 95%. It also found that 96% of CBay customers rated service as "good and above," another increase from the previous year.
