CBCA Administrators, Inc. Promotes Cindy Sonnen to Chief Operating Officer

CBCA Administrators, Inc. (CBCA) is excited to announce the promotion of Cindy Sonnen to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She brings to the position more than 10 years of executive level leadership experience in health and welfare benefits, strategic planning, business process review, performance management, organizational development, and quality assurance.

Columbus, OH (Vocus) September 11, 2009 -- CBCA Administrators, Inc. (CBCA) is excited to announce the promotion of Cindy Sonnen to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She brings to the position more than 10 years of executive level leadership experience in health and welfare benefits, strategic planning, business process review, performance management, organizational development, and quality assurance.

Ms. Sonnen joined CBCA in 2006 as the Director of Reinsurance and steadily moved up in a variety of key leadership positions. Prior to her most recent promotion to COO, she served as the Executive Vice President of Operations and increased efficiency and productivity during the centralization and consolidation of operations.

"Cindy Sonnen excels at orchestrating cultural change by establishing performance standards and measurement processes, including introduction and establishment of team driven goals, and individual accountability within team environments," says Ken Di Bella, President and CEO, CBCA.

Prior to joining CBCA, as Vice President of Operations for Associated Plan Administrators, she established an extensive background in directing and managing operational projects, including acquisition and divestiture activities related to health and welfare benefits. She has fourteen years experience directing quality assurance and claims integration processes for Borden, Inc., a Fortune 500 company.
