C8 Lawsuit News: First Status Conference Conducted in Federal DuPont C8 Litigation, Wright & Schulte LLC Reports

Wright & Schulte LLC, an experienced law firm representing Ohio and West Virginia residents in C8 lawsuits against DuPont, reports that the first Status Conference has been conducted in the federal multidistrict litigation recently established in U.S District Court, Southern District of Ohio. All of the C8 lawsuits pending in the litigation allege personal injury or wrongful death due to exposure to C8 tainted drinking water associated with pollution from DuPont’s Washington Works plant in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
