C.R. Bard Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuit News: Bernstein Liebhard LLP Notes Issuance of New Orders in New Jersey C.R. Bard Vaginal Mesh Litigation

Transvaginal mesh lawsuit claims involving products manufactured by C.R. Bard, Inc. continue to move forward in a consolidated litigation underway in New Jersey’s Atlantic County Superior Court, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to court records, an Amended Bellwether Scheduling Order was issued by Superior Court Judge Carol E. Higbee on May 31st that, among other things, sets forth a schedule for the depositions of expert witnesses in the litigation’s bellwether cases. According to the Order, the first trial of a C.R. Bard vaginal mesh lawsuit will begin on September 23, 2013. Bernstein Liebhard LLP partner, Jeffrey S. Grand, is serving as Co-Liaison Counsel in this litigation.
