Donation to Utah’s Primary Children’s Hospital from nearby hot tub company helps raise money for kids battling severe illness and acute injury

Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) December 17, 2009 -- – Bullfrog International is proud to announce the donation of a Bullfrog Spa to aid in fund raising efforts for Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Primary Children’s Medical Center, serving child patients from around the Western United States, is one of the world’s premier hospitals specializing in the care and recovery efforts of children with life-threatening diseases and injuries. The beautiful Bullfrog Spa hot tub was auctioned to help provide crucial funding for the hospital to be able to continue its progressive medical programs that aim to help children with critical medical conditions to make a full recovery.

Bullfrog International is proud of their partnership with Primary Children’s Hospital and of the efforts of each of these organizations to promote health and wellness. Bullfrog manufactures their advanced portable spas with a focus on the health benefits of hydrotherapy. Through their revolutionary JetPak® Technology, Bullfrog Spas are manufactured to be fully customizable to fit a wide range of individual health needs. JetPaks make it possible to easily customize, interchange, and upgrade an entire seat of spa jetting at any time, and in under one minute. This revolutionary design makes it possible for every spa user to choose their own health-promoting JetPak® massage; whether it’s soft and soothing, deep tissue, or the pleasing sounds and sensations of waterfalls and bubbles. Hydrotherapy provides much needed relief of stress through full body relaxation, which in turn, leads directly to better overall health and wellness.

One recent message from a Bullfrog Spa owner even detailed how their Bullfrog Spa has helped to ease the pains of a four-year old, Von, who is battling Leukemia. Jason, Von’s father, relates, “We lived the first 10 months of Von’s treatments with my in-laws, having moved to the area to get Von treated. They had a hot tub. We quickly realized that the time in the hot tub was not only good for Von’s body and seemed to give him renewed strength and agility, but it also was a very special place for us as a family to gather and talk and process all that was going on.”

Jason continues, “A friend once told me, ‘Buy a spa, it is cheaper than marriage counseling!’ I would like to think that the spa was our family counselor for those first 10 months.” “Now we have a Bullfrog and are soaking in it daily. Von does cannonballs into it and...well...all seems right in the world.”

Bullfrog International and Primary Children’s Medical Center hope to be able to continue to work together to provide critical medical care and hydrotherapy to kids in need and health and wellness to all.
