In its daily report, BullMarket.com wrote: "Aetna recorded an operating profit of $442.6 million, or 96 cents a share, compared with $469.6 million, or 92 cents per share, in the same period last year. Revenue grew to $8.62 billion from $7.8 billion in the year-ago period. Operating earnings increased by 4% on a per-share basis, but fell by -6% on total net basis. The operating income result was 3 cents better than the Wall Street consensus; revenues were also higher than expected. Operating earnings exclude net realized capital losses and is the metric watched by Wall Street."

BullMarket.com looked at the following topics, among others:

-- Why did BullMarket.com add Psych Solutions to its Recommended List ahead of its earnings report? Up nearly 50% since, what are BullMarket.com's latest thoughts?

-- Despite reporting earnings that beat analyst estimates, why did Aetna shares fall? Was the sell-off an overreaction?

-- Why might Cerner have more room to run after a strong few months?

-- Why does HCP look like one of the best-positioned healthcare REITs?
