Broadband Wireless International Corporation Announces the Commencement of Good Faith Talks with HealthPitch

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Broadband Wireless International Corporation (Pink Sheets: BBAN) announced today that the company has begun early round discussions with Mr. Kenneth Andam in connection with HealthPitch, a (web based) healthcare management and communications company. Owing to a continuing business relationship connecting Mr. Andam and Mr. Michael Williams (interim CEO of BBAN), a series of good faith negotiations have commenced between BBAN and the respective parties. The end goal for Mr. Andam is the hope to bring forth an online solution for the healthcare industry.

Although all parties are open-minded to the consideration of an equitable deal moving forward, the principals of HealthPitch have made it clear in no uncertain terms that the key to any prospective agreement of understanding would center around BBAN's requirement to address several critical points of reference, including, but not limited to, the consideration of a reorganization and recapitalization plan, in order for a definitive agreement to be consummated by and between the two companies.
