All Brio Active sessions condense a 60-minute workout into a fun, 25-minute session that anyone can do. "We call it Motion Fitness," says Marsha Macro, manager of Brio Active. "We combine whole body vibration with the cable movements to incorporate the principles of active movement into every session. Clients can expect improved energy, strength, flexibility, and bone density."

As an added benefit for Colorado's recreational athletes -- and one that many athletes over 30 find to be of increasing importance -- the Brio Active program can also assist greatly in recovery.

Brio Active Signature Sessions offer a great exercise option for active people who do not have time for a lengthy workout. "Clients don't need to worry about changing into workout clothes or taking a shower after their session," says Macro. "We end every session with a massage so our clients leave feeling both relaxed and energized."

Sessions include no more than four people at a time, providing personal attention and supporting individual goal setting. Clients are also encouraged to stay active outside of the studio. "The goal at Brio Active is to support an active, healthy lifestyle," says Macro. "We offer tools to our clients that keep them focused on their well-being outside the studio."
