Brim Healthcare and Broadlane Continue Successful, Exclusive Relationship

Broadlane announced today that Brim Healthcare has renewed its exclusive relationship with Broadlane.

Dallas (Vocus) November 18, 2008 -- Broadlane (www.broadlane.com) announced today that Brim Healthcare has renewed its exclusive relationship with Broadlane. Brim Healthcare will continue to access Broadlane's unparalleled national GPO portfolio of consumable supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals and purchased services to help manage its approximate $150 million in annual spend for 35 hospitals across the country. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Brim Healthcare also will continue to utilize Broadlane's proprietary client portal OnRamp™ to access the GPO contract portfolio, informatics, Broadlane and industry news and education.

Brim Healthcare has added BroadLink® (Broadlane's e-commerce exchange) to the list of services it will use. BroadLink automates and manages transactions between Brim hospitals and suppliers electronically. Hospitals can also manage purchase orders, purchase acknowledgements, advanced ship notifications, invoices and product and price updates through BroadLink.
