Brain Injury Trial Attorney Shareef Rabaa of Weitz & Luxenberg to Educate Peers at American Association of Justice Conference on Traumatic Brain Injuries

Mass Tort and personal injury litigation firm Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C., announced today that Shareef Rabaa, an associate attorney who has represented numerous clients with neurological injuries, will speak this week at a conference geared toward helping fellow litigators understand the nuances of trying brain injury cases.

The conference is a part of a two-day legal education seminar held by the American Association for Justice, a preeminent Plaintiff’s bar group known for educating attorneys and advocating for the civil rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

Rabaa said the conference would explore strategies for litigating brain injury cases, and that his lecture was specifically about how to communicate delicate medical and legal concepts using persuasive storytelling techniques.

Rabaa said the AAJ conference would be a hallmark for many lawyers in attendance. “These conferences present a great chance to work with some of the best attorneys in the plaintiff’s bar to enhance our respective legal practices,” said Rabaa. “They are great opportunities to enhance the level of advocacy the entire bar is providing to its clients, and the AAJ conferences in particular are run at a very high level.”
