Bowker Insurance Group and Nonprofit Livonia Save Our Youth Initiate New Charity Campaign in Livonia, MI to Provide for The Health and Safety of The Communities’ Youth
Date:7/6/2015

With a new community program in the Livonia, Canton and Plymouth areas, Bowker Insurance Group has teamed up with Livonia Save Our Youth and announced a new charity campaign to raise funds in support of the health and safety of the communities’ young people in regards to alcohol and drug abuse. Livonia Save Our Youth is a coalition created especially to educate and empower teens, bringing awareness to the community of the issues they face. Bowker Insurance Group is initiating this campaign to raise funds in support of this remarkable organization. Donations to this worthy cause may now be made through the campaign’s page at http://www.livoniasaveouryouth.org/contact/donate/.

Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, Bowker Insurance Group marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part, electing every 30-60 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive support.

“Livonia Save Our Youth does such truly wonderful work,” said Cheryl Bowker, the Agency’s principal. “It’s vitally important to the future of our communities to make sure we’re engaging our youth in conversations about these complicated issues they face every day. We’re proud to help empower families in this way.”

The agency will promote the current campaign over the course of the next 30-60 days, through its social media channels, email and text message communications, as well as through a monthly magazine delivered to thousands of households in Livonia, Canton and Plymouth, MI, where the agency currently operates. Our Hometown magazine reserves a full page to feature the campaign and details of the cause. The electronic Flipbook version of the current issue may be accessed here: http://www.bowkerinsurancegroup.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_41.

To join Bowker Insurance Group in supporting Livonia Save Our Youth, donors are encouraged to visit http://www.livoniasaveouryouth.org/contact/donate/, and also to share the page with friends and family. Contributors may be acknowledged for their donations through the agency’s monthly magazine.

Once the current campaign is over, Bowker Insurance Group will continue to work closely with Livonia Save Our Youth and other nonprofit organizations in the area, to make sure resources are directed into capable hands which can help better the local community, one family or person at a time.
