Premier New Jersey Group Purchases Two IDC X-Series DR Systems

CALGARY, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL), the global leader in the rapidly growing market for digital radiography (DR), today announced Booth Radiology Associates has purchased two 1600 Plus X-Series DR systems to complete its transition to digital imaging. The systems will be installed in two of the clinic's full-service sites, located in Washington Township and Woodbury, New Jersey.

Booth Radiology, which recently opened its third location in Stratford, NJ to serve patients in Camden County, is in its final stages of upgrading all of its imaging systems to digital technology. Upgrading from analog X-ray to IDC DR allows the facilities to store, manage and retrieve X-ray images within the PACS system that interconnects Booth's three locations. Implementing IDC's DR systems is the final step in providing a fully digital, advanced technology diagnostic suite to meet the needs of its expanding practice.

"We take enormous pride in using leading-edge technology to provide superior diagnostic and treatment capability with unparalleled patient comfort and safety. We chose the IDC X-Series because it surpassed the competition for performance, ease-of-use and value," said Dr. David Olian, President of Booth Radiology.

According to Rick Sbordone, IDC's Senior Vice President of North American Sales, "The professionals at Booth Radiology are exceptionally well-educated and experienced with medical technology, and were quick to recognize the competitive advantages of IDC's DR equipment. The 1600 Plus X-Series is a natural fit for such a progressive, technologically advanced healthcare facility."
