Boot Camp Classes for Women in Lutz Launched!
Date:3/14/2013

Lutz, Florida (PRWEB) March 14, 2013

Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp is now open in Lutz, Florida. The company, owned by personal trainer Samantha Taylor, is offering the Fit Body Boot Camp program to women seeking a fun, affordable and safe workout environment. A wide-array of class schedules is available, which can be located here: http://www.fitbodybootcamp.com/fl/lutz-fitness-boot-camp/

“I’ve opened Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp to provide a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program. My boot camps are different because they give women a fitness regime that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training,” said Samantha Taylor, Owner. “The environment is clean and safe. Beyond being affordable, I know women are always concerned about safety, and rightfully so. We promote a friendly environment without being a pick-up joint- which many women notate as being the biggest reason for not heading to the gym.”

Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp uses the Fit Body Boot Camp program because of the associated results. “I’ve been training for a long time,” continued Taylor. “I stand by the Fit Body Boot Camp program because my clients get the best results using it. I wouldn’t implement the program in my business if it didn’t work.” The Fit Body Boot Camp program at Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp ensures every workout combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking™ as well as Active Rest periods.

Women who are in the Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel or Pasco are of Florida are welcomed to contact this Lutz Fitness Boot Camp to learn more about the program, costs, specials, freebies, and the certified trainers. More information can be obtained by calling 813-377-4887.

Taylor formerly was the #1 personal trainer at Lifestyles Family Fitness for most of the year 2001,
