Book Released on Amazon Titled 'What do Dreams Mean: A Dream Book on How to Interpret Dreams' Explains Why One's American Horror Story Nightmare May Mean Something

Orange County, CA (PRWEB) November 23, 2013

The author of, “What Do Dreams Mean?” A Dream Book on How to Interpret Dreams,” tells her readers that dreams are as vital to a person’s health as sleeping is. She states, “Dreaming, just like sleeping, is a necessary biological function. Lab subjects who were allowed to sleep, but not allowed to dream, began to hallucinate within a week.” This shows that without dreams, our brain would stop working properly. The author continues by saying, “We constantly go through cycles of sleep and wakefulness. During each cycle, our minds must be active. Obviously when we are awake, we are using our minds for various actions. When we are asleep, our minds are still active – but for a different purpose.”

As far as reoccurring dreams and nightmares go, this is how the subconscious mind communicates. When explaining reoccurring dreams the knowledgeable authors says, “Yes, nightmares are terrible dreams simply because they want to catch your attention. If you tend not to remember dreams, a nightmare will certainly get your attention. Nightmares may seem like a bad dream, but as far as your subconscious is concerned, it is well-intentioned.” So, nightmares about popular TV shows such as American Horror Story, might be intended to send the brain a message.

This dream book on what do dreams mean, touches on many topics including but not limited to forgetting dreams, interpreting common dreams, dream symbols, and the history of dream interpretation. All chapters combined can easily be used to interpret one’s dreams accurately. The author of this book says, “The ultimate test of dreaming is if you are able to use it in your life and, like any truly curious person, we would expect you to test the theory for yourself.” She encourages readers to analyze their dreams and attempt to solve problems using the dream symbols she mentions in chapter 9.

The chapter titled, “Can your dreams help you?” explains that, “Your dreams will show you what is happening in your internal world, in the outside world, and with the people around you. You’ll also learn what will happen in the future.” Using the knowledge learned in a dream, a person might be able to correct mistakes or prepare for a tragedy. Dream predictions can help a person achieve the goals they desire.
