Boca Raton Chiropractor Announces Expansion of Athletic-Focused Sports Chiropractic Treatment Services
Date:11/19/2013

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) November 19, 2013

Dr. Todd Rodman of Sports Chiropractic and Natural Health Solutions is pleased to announce an extension of chiropractic services for athletes in Boca Raton and surrounding cities of Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and all of South Florida.

Biomechanically, chiropractic joint manipulation or mobilization restores normal motion and alignment to the joints assisting in restoring proper mechanics, thus allowing the body to perform at its best through proper alignment.

At SCNHS, the musculoskeletal system is viewed as a collection of interrelated parts that work together to achieve a desired movement. In order to get the most effective therapy, treating the body in layers starting with the outermost soft tissue is important. Then working deeper toward the skeletal system is part of Dr. Rodman's treatment.

If a muscle has developed scar tissue from overuse or trauma, it will be very tight and may be the reason why the vertebrae has gone out of its normal alignment. If only the chiropractic adjustment is used and the scar tissue is not addressed, then there may just be temporary relief. Combining chiropractic adjustments with highly-effective soft tissue therapies and rehabilitation exercises lead to the long-lasting permanent relief.

"Don't wait for the body to break down to fix it," Dr. Rodman says. "Too many people wait for a catastrophic event to take their health serious. We can help people fix their minor health issues before they become major."

For more information, contact Sports Chiropractic and Natural Health Solutions and make an appointment at (561) 313-9117 or visit its website at http://scnhs.com.
