Bob brings entrepreneurial experience and a successful track record in HR services as founder and CEO of FitzmauriceCompanies, Inc (FCI). to Expaticore where he will serve as a business advisor from his seat on the Board. Bob is well known in the employee benefits space for building the FCI brand that became synonymous with superior product value and best-in-class customer service.

After selling his firm in 2008, Mr. Fitzmaurice worked in several other startup business ventures as well as philanthropic activities before joining the board of Expaticore

“Through his company, Bob proved that you could provide industry-leading customer service to clients while also growing your service business exponentially” says Dave Leboff, President of Expaticore. “As we are experiencing a similar pace of growth at Expaticore the firm is very lucky to have the opportunity to leverage Bob’s tremendous experience and insight so that through all the complexity and distraction that comes with our growth, we always focus on putting the customer first.”

“Organizations are going global faster than their own infrastructures can develop to support them,” says Fitzmaurice. “The market is demanding help from capable third parties like Expaticore that bring strong technical know-how, fit-for-purpose technology, customer service orientation, and practical experience with international workforce management to handle more and more of the complex administrative aspects of their global expansion.”
