Blue Cross Promotes Two Leaders in Public Affairs

he Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association, the Minnesota Council of Health Plans, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation, and the Alliance for Advancing Nonprofit Health Care. She also served as a 2004-2005 policy fellow with the Humphrey Institute Policy Forum. Mock is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota.

About Philip Stalboerger

Stalboerger has advocated public policy positions for Blue Cross since joining the organization 1999. Prior to Blue Cross, Phil was the legislative director at the Minnesota Department of Commerce. He has also served as staff in the Minnesota Senate, including a position as Commerce Committee administrator.

Stalboerger currently serves on the Health Policy Committee for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and is a planning committee member of the chamber's Leadership Minnesota program. He also chairs the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce; serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Action Council in Lakeville, Minnesota; and is a member of the Politics and Policy Alumni Chapter at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University.

A graduate of St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, Stalboerger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned his Masters of Arts in Public Administration from Hamline University, St. Paul.
