New York, New York (PRWEB) March 31, 2013

Bernstein Liebhard LLP notes the scheduling of the next case management conference in the federal litigation of Biomet hip replacement lawsuits established in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana. According to a Memorandum issued by the Court on March 20, the status conference will be held April 22nd at 9:30 a.m. Claims filed in this multidistrict litigation were brought on behalf of patients who allege injuries stemming from the metal-on-metal Biomet M2a Magnum hip implant.
