BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Biomedtex Inc. (Pink Sheets: PDNL.PK) ("Biomed" or "the Company"), a life science development company, announced today that A. Marc Rocca, 42, will be President and CEO.

The Company's mission is to identify, evaluate and assess a broad spectrum of global medical technologies, and healthcare solutions, and then seek to capture and promote innovations with significant commercial and beneficial potential. The Company relies on comprehensive due diligence, technical and business analysis, performed by its Management, Financial, Advisory and Scientific Boards.
