Quarterly and Annual Distributions

BioMed Realty Trust's board of directors previously declared a fourth quarter 2008 dividend of $0.335 per share of common stock, and a dividend of $0.46094 per share of the company's 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from October 16, 2008 through January 15, 2009. For the full year 2008, the company declared dividends totaling $1.34 per common share and $1.84376 per Series A preferred share, with the common dividend representing an increase of 8.1% over 2007 dividend distributions.
