BioMed Realty Trust Declares Second Quarter 2009 Common Stock and Preferred Stock Dividends

SAN DIEGO, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2009 dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $0.44 per common share.

BioMed also announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.46094 per share of the company's 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from April 16, 2009 through July 15, 2009.

Both dividends are payable on July 15, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2009.
