"Our solutions provide our customers with the current, high quality data they are seeking across the entire healthcare continuum that fits their budgetary requirements. We are the only competitor in our space that provides constant data updates and publishes our intensive update schedule. We survey every hospital each quarter, and this constant contact results in the most current information available from any source. At the end of the day we are dedicated to lowering our customer's cost of sales by providing a high value, low cost solution to target their resources in sales and marketing. None of our competitors is as focused on customer success," remarks John Brooke, General Manager of Billian's HealthDATA.

BHD recently announced the release of version 3.0 of their online offering. This solution includes a completely re-designed user experience coupled with a reporting module containing thousands of new pre-defined reports. Online customers can now take advantage of advanced search capabilities leveraging the predefined relationships between data that resides in multiple databases. This advanced search capability allows customers to create complex, multi-criteria searches across all databases in a product family. Account management tools, including access management and activity reporting, were also developed. The application is delivered on demand via Software as a Service, (SaaS). Existing customers received access to the enhanced application as part of the value of their current license.

Below are just a few samples of recent customer success:

"After reviewing Billian's HealthDATA comprehensive solutions, we found they were able to provide us with complete coverage of the healthcare continuum. Billian's HealthDATA had the ability to provide us with customized reporting with accurate data that was necessary to produce marketing campaigns to specific contacts. The value of the solutions has proven itself by the quality of the data and the effective cost-structure." states Brian Graves, global practice leader of healthcare at Kronos Incorporated.

Sal DeTrane, Chief Administrative Officer of MedeFinance states "Selecting Billian's HealthDATA was a great move for us; the quality of the information was there for our sales and marketing efforts and the cost savings were significant in comparison to our former vendor. We appreciate Billian's ability to work with us on custom analysis, as well as actively accepting and implementing recommendations on how to enhance their solutions from a customer's perspective. We leveraged the database this year to build our Provider business plan in terms of market segmentation, understanding specific target customers' financial metrics and the related resource focus of our sales and marketing team. Mede has been with BHD for three years and we have been very impressed with the customer-centric approach BHD leverages to meet our needs."

After careful evaluation Craneware has chosen Billian's Hospital IT Data Solution to populate our CRM and assist the sales and marketing teams with locating key prospects for our healthcare financial software solutions." states Derek Paterson, COO of Craneware.
