Bill Hayes Promoted to President of Vendormate
Date:6/18/2009

ATLANTA, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Vendormate, the market leader in vendor information management and credentialing, has promoted Bill Hayes to the role of president, effective immediately. Andy Monin, who formerly held presidential responsibilities, will focus on assessing and developing strategic opportunities.

"Bill has been an essential driver of the success of Vendormate, steadily guiding our processes, systems, and operations one step ahead of our rapid growth," said Andy Monin, Chairman and CEO of Vendormate. "Bill is now lead on all aspects of our continuing operations."

Since Vendormate's founding in 2005, Mr. Monin has balanced both strategic and operational responsibilities. Now, Mr. Monin will devote his energy to identifying potential partnerships and strategic directions. Already, he has moved Vendormate aggressively into third party compliance for financial services and into value-add services for Vendormate's 100,000 registered healthcare vendors.

Mr. Hayes has been responsible for Vendormate's business operations since 2005. His background includes general management consulting with a strong information technology focus.

"Many talented people have contributed to Vendormate's rise from a start up to a mid-size company that serves over 600 hospitals in the U.S.," said Mr. Hayes. "I'm proud to be part of that group and am excited about the growth ahead of us."
