Bhuvana Mandalapu Announces Release of ‘Reveal’

AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) May 14, 2013

In “Reveal: Let it Go” (published by iUniverse), author Bhuvana Mandalapu’s new meditation guide, readers are taken through a set of steps to practice to help them achieve harmony between their conscious and subconscious minds.

“This book is about knowing our shortcomings, accepting them as they are and overcoming all our difficulties, which allow us to stand on the top of our goals,” states Mandalapu.

Within the 200 pages of “Reveal” readers are given the tools to obtain a constant learning environment that will improve their brain/mind capabilities. This is achieved with the help of consistent, moderate meditation and ideal dietary practices. The dietary practices expressed in the book lean toward a balanced brain diet, not a food diet, though the author states a proper diet is also very important.

“‘Reveal’ can help you yield excellent, long lasting results in your life that will help you overcome your difficulties either personal ,financial or health related,” says Mandalapu. “The book also helps readers and their family be happier more consistently.”
