Date:4/13/2009

DETROIT, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Detroit Economic Club (DEC) is pleased to host Stephen J. Hemsley, President and CEO of UnitedHealth Group, on April 16, 2009 at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit, Michigan. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and Mr. Hemsley's speech will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Health care reform is top of mind in our nation. Based on UnitedHealth Group's two decades of experience in helping make the health care system work better through innovation, Mr. Hemsley will discuss the need to modernize all aspects of health care to create a sustainable, affordable system that serves the people of Michigan and all Americans.
