Beverages Holdings, LLC Acquires Bossa Nova: The Superfruit Company

"Superfruit" Beverages Expand Beverages Holdings' Wholesome Offerings

CINCINNATI, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Beverages Holdings, LLC, the parent company of the Sunny Delight Beverages Co., Veryfine Co. and The Elations Company LLC, announced today that it has acquired substantially all the assets of Bossa Nova Beverage Group, Inc., a Los Angeles-based company that pioneered the "superfruits" segment of the beverage category with its original acai juice. Terms of today's agreement were not disclosed.
