Desktop Alert can deliver emergency alerts, code alerts, sonograms, patient charts, x-rays and live streaming video from operating rooms to workstation monitors and digital signage; it also plays audio and video files, shows images, collects data/input from recipients and more.

Berkshire Medical Center, a nationally award-winning community hospital and a Planetree affiliate dedicated to patient-centered care, is a not-for-profit medical center, licensed for 302 beds and fully accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
